Service time: from 3 hrs. a day up to 8 hrs. a day for 5 days a week.

Composition of service: service provided at home, helping a person (family) to keep the household and participate in public life.

Potential customers: adults with disabilities and their families, the elderly and their families, children with disabilities and their families and other individuals and families (who temporarily due to illness or other reasons, have lost their independence).

Service time: frequency of the service depends on the individual person’s (family) need for that service, but not more than 10 hrs. per week.

Composition of service: information, consultation, organization of training, mutual support groups and other services.

Potential customers: people taking care or having adopted children as well who want to become such.

Service time: on demand.

Composition of service: 1 person is provided 2 free talons a month.

Potential customers: disadvantaged people, the disabled, people of retirement age, the unemployed, people who have no permanent place of residence whose income does not exceed : retirement age people 255 eur., the disabled 306 eur.

Composition of service: people entitled to use spec. transport, take to a certain place and (or) transport from it home.

Potential customers: the disabled, people of 70 and over, elderly people receiving special social services, social risk families, institution clients, individuals who require hemodialysis procedures, the disabled organizations acting in the district municipality.

Price of the service: People traveling to hemodialysis procedures -0.15 Eur., for other Jurbarkas d. population needs - 0.37 Eur. * * regarding people’s income, determination of   special needs, age, the fee can be reduced..

Composition of service: therapeutic massage of various parts of the body.

Potential customers: this service is available to all wishing people. The retired and the disabled get discounts at providing a document confirming it.

Potential customers: Jurbarkas district residents.

Service delivery time: evaluation is carried out within 60 days from the date of receipt of the order.
